About Technology

Using dual-station spray booth cooperating with cyclon enables easy colour change with high paint recovery ratio. Such a solution considerably decreases the amount of paint used, reducing generated waste quantity.

Equipping a new painting shop with a six-zone washing booth enabled the usage of Nano-technological solutions for different types of metal surfaces preparation: black steel, galvanized steel, precious steel and aluminum. This solution enables to manufacture high rust-proof class products: C4 and C5.

The painting shop was installed in a newly built, modern edifice adapted for this kind of business. It is equipped with efficient air ventilation and filtration systems and with durable, easily washable floor. All these qualities guarantee maintaining high air cleanliness in a building, which contributes to a significant improvement of aesthetics of powder layers.

Galvar about technology

SZK-A is a small-sized standing or hanging enclosure, produced based on patented GALVAR® sheet gluing and riveting technology. The production process completely eliminated welding, ensuring that the applied sheet retains its intact protective galvanizing coating, which translates into high corrosion resistance of the final product.

Body: foldable

Roof: screwed to the body

Closure: hinge doors with an opening angle of 105°; the ability to independently change the door opening direction; enclosures up to a height of 500 mm have one D5 type lock, higher enclosures have two locks of the same type

Mounting plate: in each version made of 3 mm thick galvanized sheet

Cable entry: a cable pass-through is located at the bottom, dimensions depend on the width of the specific enclosure

Earthing: there are threaded grounding studs in the doors and body of the enclosure

Other: the doors have internal reinforcement made of perforated profiles, facilitating the installation of additional elements.

SZK-B – this is a large cabinet, either standing or wall-mounted, manufactured based on a patented technology of gluing and riveting GALVAR® sheets. In the production process, welding has been completely eliminated, which ensures that the applied sheet has an undisturbed protective coating of zinc, resulting in high corrosion resistance of the final product.

Closure: hinge doors with an opening angle of 105°; lock in the form of a handle with the possibility of installing a latch cylinder with a key

Cabinets wider than 1000 mm have double-leaf doors

Mounting plate: in every version made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel; mounted on perforated brackets with the possibility of adjustment across the entire depth of the cabinet

Cable entry: at the bottom, there is a cable passage; the dimensions depend on the width of the specific cabinet

Earthing: threaded earthing pins are located in the doors and the cabinet body

Other: the doors have internal stiffening made of perforated profiles, facilitating the installation of additional elements
