The SZA-MG is an upgraded version of our trusted SZA enclosure, engineered for demanding industrial and semi-aggressive environments. It’s constructed from Magnelis® steel — a next-generation zinc–aluminium–magnesium alloy that offers up to 10× better corrosion resistance than standard galvanised steel. Magnelis® also performs exceptionally well in environments with ammonia exposure, salt, or high humidity, making it ideal for coastal installations, agricultural settings, or chemically active areas.

Unlike standard galvanised coatings, Magnelis® forms a self-healing protective layer on cut edges and scratches, delivering long-term protection even when surfaces are mechanically damaged. The SZA-MG enclosure is fully welded for excellent strength and rigidity and is finished in a durable RAL7035 powder coat for added environmental resistance.

Manufactured in Europe by a long-established specialist, the facility is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 3834-2. All products are designed in accordance with EN 62208, EN 60529, and EN ISO 12944-2, ensuring full compliance with UK and EU standards.
